  Albin- Johannes Albin




Johannes Albin Alfvén was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. He is currently in his last semester at the prestigious Swedish National School of Acting in Göteborg.

Johannes has appeared in numerous shorts and plays, including King Lear at the National Stage in Stockholm where Ingmar Bergman still directs.

The shooting of The Traveler was a great challenge for Johannes. He invented a full life to the character of Albin so that he could play the part constantly, for the whole duration of the filming. He never knew what was going to happen. Every situation was an improvisation.

Johannes also had to deal with the fact that the people he acted against didn’t know that he was playing a part. The filming of The Traveler was one long intense acting experience that raised a lot of questions about what acting really is.
